Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
✅ Refunds & Replacements
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer general returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. However, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective

You receive the wrong item, size, or color

There is a quality or printing issue
If that’s the case, email us at hello@hughandharley.com within 5 days of delivery, and include:

A brief description of the issue

3 clear photos of the item
We’ll take care of the rest.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
