Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. We print your tees upon receipt of your order. Know that each piece is made just for you.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not...yet. Right now, we only ship within the U.S.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated on weight and where you're located. All orders though, over $200 ship free!! Yay!

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Since each item is made-to-order, we currently only offer returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. We want you to love your shirt—email us at hello@hughandharley.com with any issues.

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
We're not set up for exchanges yet, but if you received the wrong size or there's an issue with the fit, reach out—we’ll make it right.

Sizing & Fit

How do your shirts fit?
Our tees have a relaxed, true-to-size fit. If you’re between sizes, size up for a looser feel.

Do you offer kids' sizes?
We do!! The full Vibe (Harley's personal) Collection is offered in youth sizing as well as some Summer and Logo collection T’s. They’re soft, youth-sized tees for kids who love big messages, and built a little tougher than the adult tees. Hmmm, I wonder why?

What is The Gentle Impact Project? It’s our way of giving back. For every 3 shirts sold we’ll donate 1 to someone in need.

Do I have to participate?
If you buy a shirt then you’re participating. Easy Peasy — It all helps keep the loop going. See, giving back is fun and fulfilling.

We begin fulfillment soon after you order, so reach out as quickly as possible (under 24 hours). We'll do our best to help.
